What is the cost of the CPD for the ECT if we choose the full route? Is this the same for all providers? Where does the funding for this come from?
The training is free to schools, it is DFE funded. Schools will receive £2100 per mentor/ECT pair (+ extra funding if choose the Full Induction) in the second year of the programme.
